Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

• Why can't I go any further at the end of level 1?
That is because you haven't delivered all the presents and cookies yet (see the picture below). You can only leave a level when there are no chimneys left with numbers on them. In this case, you have to go back and deliver one cookie and that blue present.

• I can't find the last 2 cookies in level 4. Is that a bug?
You must have an old version, but this is not a bug: they are really there somewhere (hidden very well). But this has been changed in version 1.2 after hundreds of people sent e-mail (or even phoned) about it. So if you can't find them, get the newest version.
